  Make the jello according to package directions, when slightly thickened add in the cranberry orange relish. Put mixture into a ring mold and chill till set.

  When ready to serve. Fill the center of the ring with the creamed cottage cheese (or use creamed cream cheese).

  If you can't find cranberry orange relish use: 1 can whole jellied cranberry and 1 whole orange ground up (peel and all).
