A great dish for the holidays. It can be made a couple of days ahead and unmolded just before serving.
1 can(s)(16 ounce) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2-1 cchopped walnuts
2 pkg(3 ounce) raspberry or cranberry or strawberry jello
1-1/2 chot water for jello
1 can(s)(20 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained, reserve 1/3 cup juice
1/3 cport wine or red grape juice or reserved juice
How to Make Cranberry Mold
- Add boiling water to Jello and stir 2 minutes or until Jello completely dissolves.
Stir cranberry sauce into Jello.
Add pineapple and 1/3 cup juice or wine and the nuts.
- Pour into 5 cup mold coated with cooking spray, and refrigerate until firm enough to unmold, about 2 1/2 hours.
