Cranberry Holiday Salad
1 6 oz pkgraspberry jello
1 cboiling water
20 oz can(s)crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cchopped walnuts
8 oz pkgcream cheese, softened
1 csour cream
1/4 cchopped walnuts
1 16 oz can(s)whole cranberry sauce
How to Make Cranberry Holiday Salad
- Combine jello and boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in cranberry sauce & break it up into the jello mixture. Add pineapple and 1/2 cup walnuts & mix well. Pour into a 9x13 pan and refrigerate until set.
- Beat together sour cream and cream cheese & spread over salad. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup walnuts. Chill until ready to serve.
