cranberry salad
I have been making this since my sons were small tykes and I make this only at Thanksgiving & Christmas cause my sons say they have to have it and it's so delicious and love making it for them !

Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1- 6 oz. boxes cherry jello
- 7 oz. - only 7 up
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 bag chopped pecan nuts
How To Make cranberry salad

Step 1Add Jello to a 9x13 dish, drain juice from pineapple enough to make 1 cup boil, then add to Jello, stir till dissolved, then add 7 oz. cold 7 up, mix well, then add cranberry sauce, use rotary egg beater to help in mixing sauce & Jello together, then add crushed pineapple mix well and refrigerate chill till set firm

Step 2when set start mixing your cream cheese & cool whip together, mix well, spread over Jello mixture evenly, grind whole pecans to small pieces or just buy small pieces in bags, spread over cream cheese & cool whip and refrigerate till dinner time
