How to Make Congealed Cherry Salad
- Dissolve cherry Jell-o in 1 cup hot water.
- Mix in cherry pie filling.
- Add 1 cup cold water and cottage cheese. Mix gently until well blended.
- Pour into a 9x13 inch dish.
- Sprinkle with the pecans. Chill until set.
- Cut into squares to serve. Top with whipped cream if desired.
