This is a nice and light with a big Christmas dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages lime jello
  • 1 package lemon jello
  • 2 packages cherry jello
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained save the juice
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup small marshmellows

How To Make christmas ribbon salad

  • Step 1
    Prepare lime jello according to package directions
  • Step 2
    Pour into 15 X 10 1/2 pan
  • Step 3
    Chill until almost set
  • Step 4
    Dissolve lemon jello in hot water in top of double boiler.
  • Step 5
    Add marshmallows and melt
  • Step 6
    Remove from heat
  • Step 7
    Add 1 cup pineapple juice and cream cheese
  • Step 8
    Beat until blended
  • Step 9
    Stir in 1 cup drained pineapple. Cool slightly
  • Step 10
    Fold in mayonnaise and heavy cream
  • Step 11
    Pour this mixture over the lime jello which by now has set up
  • Step 12
    Chill until almost set
  • Step 13
    Prepare cherry jello according to directions on package
  • Step 14
    Chill until the consistency of egg white
  • Step 15
    Pour over pineapple layer
  • Step 16
    Chill until firm
