Ingredients

2 pkg
lime jello
1 pkg
lemon jello
2 pkg
cherry jello
1 c
water
1 can(s)
crushed pineapple, drained save the juice
8 oz
cream cheese
1 c
mayonaise
1 c
heavy cream
1/2 c
small marshmellows

How to Make Christmas Ribbon Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Prepare lime jello according to package directions
  • 2Pour into 15 X 10 1/2 pan
  • 3Chill until almost set
  • 4Dissolve lemon jello in hot water in top of double boiler.
  • 5Add marshmallows and melt
  • 6Remove from heat
  • 7Add 1 cup pineapple juice and cream cheese
  • 8Beat until blended
  • 9Stir in 1 cup drained pineapple. Cool slightly
  • 10Fold in mayonnaise and heavy cream
  • 11Pour this mixture over the lime jello which by now has set up
  • 12Chill until almost set
  • 13Prepare cherry jello according to directions on package
  • 14Chill until the consistency of egg white
  • 15Pour over pineapple layer
  • 16Chill until firm
