Stove Top

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c
    boiling water
  • 12 oz
    cherry jello
  • 2 3/4 c
    cold water
  • 15 oz
    mandarin oranges, drained
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 8 oz
    cool whip

How to Make Cherry Orange Delight

Step-by-Step

  1. In a bowl all jello and boiling water; stir until dissolved. Add cold water and stir. Refrigerate until it starts to set.
  2. To the partially set jello add oranges; stir gently, set aside.
  3. In mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar; add cool whip and beat until mixed. Spoon cream cheese mixture on to the bottom of a 8x8 baking dish; smoothing the mixture out evenly. Pour jello mixture over the cream cheese. Refrigerate until firm.
