Ingredients
- 29 ounces can apricots, drained (reserve juice)
- 16 ounces can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
- 2 packages knox gelatin
- 1/2 cup water
- 12 ounces orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup apricot juice
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup apricot juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup whipped topping
How To Make apricot salad

Step 1Soften Knox in water.

Step 2Heat to dissolve.

Step 3Add rest of ingredients. Pour into 2 quart dish. Chill completely.

Step 4For Topping: Cook all ingredients, except whipped topping, over low heat until thick. Stirring constantly.

Step 5Cool and add whipped topping and spread over chilled jello mixture.
