  • 8 cups spring mixed leaves
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano, shaved
  • - olive oil, extra virgin
  • - balsamic vinegar
  • - salt and black pepper, freshly ground

How To Make spring leaves salad

  • Step 1
    Place the leaves in a large bowl, top with onion, cheese. Drizzle olive oil & balsamic vinegar over the top. Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
