    parmigiano-reggiano, shaved

    olive oil, extra virgin

    balsamic vinegar

    salt and black pepper, freshly ground

How to Make Spring leaves salad


  1. Place the leaves in a large bowl, top with onion, cheese. Drizzle olive oil & balsamic vinegar over the top. Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
