spinach shrimp salad with hot bacon dressing

I use the pre cooked shrimp and a couple tablespoons of the real Maple Leaf bacon bits.

Ingredients

  • 4 - slices cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 4 cups bite size pieces spinach leaves (fresh not frozen)
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 pound cooked medium shrimp

How To Make spinach shrimp salad with hot bacon dressing

  • Step 1
    Cook bacon and crumble. In saucepan mix vinegar, sugar and dry mustard. Stir until sugar is dissolved and sauce is hot.
  • Step 2
    Toss spinach, mushrooms, cheese and shrimp in a large bowl. Drizzle hot dressing over spinach mixture.
  • Step 3
    Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
