Ingredients
- 4 - slices cooked crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 cups bite size pieces spinach leaves (fresh not frozen)
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 pound cooked medium shrimp
How To Make spinach shrimp salad with hot bacon dressing

Step 1Cook bacon and crumble. In saucepan mix vinegar, sugar and dry mustard. Stir until sugar is dissolved and sauce is hot.

Step 2Toss spinach, mushrooms, cheese and shrimp in a large bowl. Drizzle hot dressing over spinach mixture.

Step 3Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
