  • 1 pound fresh spinach leaves , cleaned and torn
  • 6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs
  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 cup sugar or sweetener
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped greeen onions
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chives
  • 1 teaspoon worchestershire
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make spinach salad

  • Step 1
    mix all dressing ingredients and shake well then chill before adding to salad
