Ingredients

4 cups fresh spinach , i like baby spinach
2 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup croutons

How To Make spinach salad w/ hot cider vinegar dressing

Step 1

Cook bacon in pan , remove strips and add oil, vinegar, and spices. Bring to simmer.

Step 2

Place spinach in bowl. Add eggs, bacon and croutons.
Step 3

Pour HOT dressing over salad and serve immediately.
