This is a rendition of a wonderful slaw which my Grandmother made when I was a child in her care. Simple, yet mighty tasty (and fattening)! Enjoy...

Ingredients
- 1 - egg, lightly beaten
- - juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 pint whipping cream or cool whip
- - nutmeats (if desired)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 7 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1/4 pound minature marshmallos
- 1 cup (or more) crushed pineapple, drained, reserve liquid
How To Make fluffy coleslaw

Step 1Cook together; 1 egg, flour, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. When thick (and while still hot), add marshmallows.

Step 2Let stand till cool. Add other ingredients, except cream. Whip cream and add last.
