Ingredients

  • 1 - egg, lightly beaten
  • - juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream or cool whip
  • - nutmeats (if desired)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 7 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1/4 pound minature marshmallos
  • 1 cup (or more) crushed pineapple, drained, reserve liquid

How To Make fluffy coleslaw

  • Step 1
    Cook together; 1 egg, flour, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. When thick (and while still hot), add marshmallows.
  • Step 2
    Let stand till cool. Add other ingredients, except cream. Whip cream and add last.
