How To Make caesar salad
-
Step 1In a blender, add oil, salt, dry mustard, anchovy paste, egg and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. If dressing is too thick, add more oil and a tad of water until it's to your liking.
-
Step 2Thoroughly wash and dry romaine, tear into pieces and add dressing, shredded Parmesan and croutons. Mix well before serving.
-
Step 3This is enough for two salads. Double dressing recipe for serving more than 2 people.
