I LOVE LOVE LOVE Caesar Salad! I'm very picky about the dressing and this recipe is really good. Enjoy!

Add to Grocery List

1/2 c
olive or vegetable oil (i use avocado oil)
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
anchovy paste
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1-1/2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
egg, coddled (or not, i'm not afraid of raw egg)
2 tsp
lemon juice
1/2 c
shredded parmesan cheese (i use sargento)
garlic/cheese croutons
head of romaine lettuce

How to Make Caesar Salad


  • 1In a blender, add oil, salt, dry mustard, anchovy paste, egg and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. If dressing is too thick, add more oil and a tad of water until it's to your liking.
  • 2Thoroughly wash and dry romaine, tear into pieces and add dressing, shredded Parmesan and croutons. Mix well before serving.
  • 3This is enough for two salads. Double dressing recipe for serving more than 2 people.
