- 1 bottle prepared blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 15 - pieces belgian endive, cut into quarters lengthwise
How To Make belgian endive wedge salad

Step 1For dressing, combine all ingredients (except endive) in a large mixing bowl. Whisk gently until blending well. Lay endive flat on a chilled platter. Drizzle dressing on top and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
