Ingredients

  • 1 bottle prepared blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 15 - pieces belgian endive, cut into quarters lengthwise

How To Make belgian endive wedge salad

  • Step 1
    For dressing, combine all ingredients (except endive) in a large mixing bowl. Whisk gently until blending well. Lay endive flat on a chilled platter. Drizzle dressing on top and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
  • Step 2
    TIP: You can also add crispy bacon or chopped tomato.
