This is my twist to a yummy summer salad.

Ingredients
- 1/4 - medium watermelon
- 1/2 - cucumber
- handful - fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon good olive oil
- 2 tablespoons good balsamic vinegar
How To Make watermelon salad - lisa's

Step 1Use Organic when possible. Mix in a large bowl.

Step 2Dice watermelon to bite size pieces. Add in bowl.

Step 3Slice cucumber and then 1/4 each slice, to make bite size pieces. Add to bowl.

Step 4Roll basil leaves and cut into small pieces. Add to bowl.

Step 5Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Step 6Gently stir ingredients, cover and refrigerate for a few hours... or eat it right away!

Step 7Other things to add: grape tomatoes, feta, diced onion. Use your imagination. Add more vinegar if you prefer it to be a stronger flavor.
