Ingredients

  • 5 ounces spinach, torn
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1/2 - red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup roasted walnuts, chopped
  • VINAIGRETTE
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make spinach & raspberry salad

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, add spinach, raspberries, onion, blue cheese and walnuts; mix well.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl whisk oil, vinegar, salt and pepper till well blended.
  • Step 3
    Pour vinaigrette on salad and toss well; serve immediately.
