6red delicious apples, cored, cut into bite-sized chunks
1 tsplemon juice
1 bag(s)walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 craisins
1-1 1/2 cmayonnaise
How to Make Simple Waldorf Salad
- Core the apples. Cut into bite-sized chunks. You can peel them, but I like to leave the peel on. It adds a nice color to the salad.
- As you cut up the apple, place chunks in large bowl of water with the lemon juice added to the water, to prevent browning.
- Drain apples. Combine remaining ingredients with apples & mayonnaise.
- Chill before serving.
