This is delicious! Love the dressing, and so, so easy...I always double the recipe and sometimes I add coconut as well..enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 can pineapple chunks (15 oz. can) - reserve juice for dressing
- 1 can (11 oz. can) mandarin oranges drained
- 1 - banana
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
How To Make pineapple glazed easter fruit salad

Step 1Combine the egg, sugar, flour and pineapple juice in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thick. Cool completely. Mix together the pineapple chunks, oranges, sliced banana and marshmallows in a medium bowl.

Step 2Pour cooled dressing over fruit mixture and stir to coat evenly. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
