Ingredients
- 8 ounces carton small curd cottage cheese
- 3 ounces box jello gelatin (any flavor) i use lime flavor.
- 20 ounces can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 medium container cool whip
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate
- 1 cup maraschino cherries, sliced or halved
- 1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 cup sour cream
- 15 ounces can mandarin oranges, well drained
- 2 cups red or green sweet seedless grapes halved
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Step 1Combine cottage cheese, sour cream & cream cheese and mix well. Add coconut. lemon juice concentrate, jello gelatin and fruit (pineapple, cherries, oranges & grapes and mix. Fold in Cool Whip and marshallows. Add vanilla and gently mix all ingredients. Cover and chill for 2 hours or longer.
