Ingredients
- - 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- - 1 cup lemon yogurt
- - 1 small box lemon jello
- - 2 cups mini marshmallows
- - 2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
- - 15 oz. can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
- - 1 cup halved red grapes
- - 1 cup coconut, divided
How To Make lemon yogurt ambrosia

Step 1Stir cottage cheese and yogurt until blended. Sprinkle jello over mixture; stir until well mixed.

Step 2Stir in marshmallows, oranges, pineapple, grapes, and 1/2 cup of coconut.

Step 3Cover and chill up to 24 hours. To serve, stir ambrosia gently. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
