I Love Lemons!! I like using greek yogurt, but that is your choice.
Very tasty.

    2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • ·
    1 cup lemon yogurt
  • ·
    1 small box lemon jello
  • ·
    2 cups mini marshmallows
  • ·
    2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
  • ·
    15 oz. can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
  • ·
    1 cup halved red grapes
  • ·
    1 cup coconut, divided

How to Make Lemon Yogurt Ambrosia


  1. Stir cottage cheese and yogurt until blended. Sprinkle jello over mixture; stir until well mixed.
  2. Stir in marshmallows, oranges, pineapple, grapes, and 1/2 cup of coconut.
  3. Cover and chill up to 24 hours.
    To serve, stir ambrosia gently. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
