Ingredients
- CRANBERRY RELISH
- 12 ounces cranberries, fresh or frozen, ground
- 2 medium oranges, ground
- 1/2 - peel of one orange, ground
- 2 cups sugar, scant
- CRANBERRY SALAD
- 1 package (3 oz) cherry jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cranberry relish (recipe above)
- 1 cup nuts, ground or chopped finely
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, not drained
How To Make jane's cranberry salad

Step 1Prepare CRANBERRY RELISH by stirring all ingredients together. Refrigerate, at least overnight before use.

Step 2CRANBERRY SALAD: Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, add other ingredients. Allow to set. NOTE: No other additional liquid is needed. It has only the boiling water to dissolve the Jell-O and the liquid from the canned pineapple. This sets to be a firm mixture.
