This fruit salad can be used as a dessert or as a side dish. It differs from other Greek fruit salad recipes I've made, and we all really liked this one the most because the creamy dressing adds a wonderful touch to the fruit salad.

Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed fruits, cut into chunks (most any fruit will do, but i like a mix of grapes, melons, oranges, peaches and berries)
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds (plus additional almonds for optional garnish)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
How To Make greek fruit salad (frouta ke yaourti)

Step 1In medium mixing bowl, gently stir fruit and almonds together; set aside.

Step 2In a separate bowl combine yogurt, honey, and lemon rind.

Step 3Fill individual dessert bowls with fruit salad. Spoon yogurt mixture over fruit salad, and sprinkle the top with additional almond slivers (optional).
