Ingredients
- 1 package (3 oz) cherry jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can (8 3/4 oz) pineapple tidbits
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package (envelope) dream whip
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 - banana, diced
- 1/2 cup seeded grapes
- 1/4 cup diced cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- - dash of salt
How To Make frozen fruit medley

Step 1Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Drain pineapple; add water to syrup to make 1/2 cup. Stir liquid and lemon juice into gelatin. Chill about 1 hour, 15 minutes until slightly thickened.

Step 2Prepare whipped topping and mix with mayonnaise, fruits, and nuts. Blend into slightly thickened gelatin.

Step 3Spoon into 8" x 14" loaf pan. Freeze until firm. To unmold; let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before slicing. Place each slice on individual plate garnished with a bed of lettuce.
