    1 tbsp. grated orange rind
  • ·
    1 cup fresh orange sections
  • ·
    1 cup fresh blackberries
  • ·
    1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • ·
    1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • ·
    1 cup cubed fresh pear
  • ·
    1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • ·
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • ·
    fresh mint sprigs, optional

How to Make Five Fruit Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix first 8 ingredients in medium bowl; stir mixture well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs if desired.Makes 8 servings.
