My family loves this and always empties the bowl! Please trust me on using sour cream. It will be too sweet if you use anything else.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mandarine oranges (1 small can of water-packed, drained)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (1 small can of juice-packed, drained)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (loosely packed into the dry-measure cup)
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup sour cream (yes! sour cream -- trust me, anything else will result in a way-too-sweet dish)

How To Make cuppa-cuppa fruit salad

  • Step 1
    Drain all the fruit and place in a large mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Cover and chill for about an hour before serving.
  • Step 3
