I think cranberries all year long, not just during the holidays. This is a cool salad sure to be a hit during the hot Summer months.

Ingredients
- 1 pound raw cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 pound small marshmallows
- 1 pound purple grapes, seeded and quartered (we also like red grapes)
- 1/2 pint whipped cream, whipped
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make cranberry-grape salad

Step 1Grind cranberries with blender or food processor. Cover with sugar.

Step 2Add marshmallows and grapes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, fold in whipped cream and nuts.
