cherry marshmallow salad
We found this recipe in one of Mom's old cookbooks and made it for Easter because it said it would freeze well and we figured Dad could freeze it and eat it after all the kids went home. Dad loves to eat and isn't fussy, but he doesn't much like to cook, even though Mom taught him how before she died. Dad thought this was one of the best items on the menu.
