My aunt made this one summer and I loved it. I failed miserably at making the homemade lime vingerette so I nixed it and found the perfect substitute, by Mr. Paul Newman himself...read-on and Enjoy!! This is great for the summer!

Ingredients

small watermelon (1/4 diced)
1 bottle newman's own lite lime vinigarette dressing
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1-2 - cucumber
1/2 - red onion (diced)

How To Make best watermelon salad

Step 1

Chop, Dice, and mix together the Watermelon, Cucumbers, and red onion.

Step 2

Add The Lite lime dressing until well covered
Step 3

Add feta last, usually right before you serve, so it doesn't get mushy! Voila...serve Chilled!
