I really enjoy the flavor of this salad in the fall!... The added crunch of the bacon and walnuts, make it just right!

  • 6 medium
    tart apples, chopped
  • 3 c
    broccoli florets
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
  • 11/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 11/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 10
    strips, bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, coarsly chopped

How to Make Apple Broccoli Salad


  1. In a large bowl, combine apples, broccoli, onions and raisins.
  2. Ina a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice and salt;
  3. Pour over apple mixture and toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Just before serving, stir in the bacon and walnuts... Enjoy!
