Ingredients

  • 2/3 c
    greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    fresh dill, chopped
  • 3/8 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1
    seedless cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 c
    rotisserie chicken breasts, shredded, skinless and boneless
  • 3 oz
    pita chips

How to Make Tzatziki Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  2. Add chicken; toss to coat.
  3. Serve with pita chips.
