Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons curry powder
- 20 ounces can chunk pineapple, drained
- 11 ounces can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- - salad greens, optional
- 3/4 cup salted panut or cashew halves
How To Make tropical chicken salad

Step 1Place chicken and celery in a large bowl. Combine mayo and curry powder; add to chicken mixture and mix well. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2Before serving, add the pineapple, bananas, oranges an coconut; toss gently. Serve on salad greens if desired. Sprinkle with nuts.
