Tropical Chicken Salad
2 ccooked chicken
1 cchopped celery
1/2 - 1 tspcurry powder
20 ozcan chunk pineapple, drained
11 ozcan mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cflaked coconut
·salad greens, optional
3/4 csalted panut or cashew halves
How to Make Tropical Chicken Salad
- Place chicken and celery in a large bowl. Combine mayo and curry powder; add to chicken mixture and mix well. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, add the pineapple, bananas, oranges an coconut; toss gently. Serve on salad greens if desired. Sprinkle with nuts.
