Love this recipe. Mom made it instead of plain chicken salad.

  • 1 large
    cooked chicken breast
  • 1 c
    seedless red grapes
  • 1 stalk(s)
    deced celery
  • 1 medium
    shedded carrot
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c
    mirical whip
  • 1/2 c
    cool whip
  • 1 dash(es)
  • 1 dash(es)
  • 1/8 tsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Glorified Chicken Salad


  1. Shred chicken breast into small pieces.
  2. Add celery , red grapes,shredded carrots,and chopped walnuts.
  3. Mix mirical whip,cool whip, salt, pepper,and lemon juice together.
  4. Pour over chicken mixture and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to let flavors blend. Serve on lettuce leaf with crackers.
