  • 6 c
    cooked, cubed, white meat chicken
  • 10
    boiled eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2
    stalks thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Garlic-Egg Chicken Salad


  1. I bake chicken for about 45 min. then I cube it and boil the eggs for about 10 min.
  2. Mix all together, it's a little strong from garlic, but oh so good!! Serve on wheat toast or bread, and also lettuce leaves.
