Ingredients

  • 6 cups cooked, cubed, white meat chicken
  • 10 - boiled eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 - stalks thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make garlic-egg chicken salad

  • Step 1
    I bake chicken for about 45 min. then I cube it and boil the eggs for about 10 min.
  • Step 2
    Mix all together, it's a little strong from garlic, but oh so good!! Serve on wheat toast or bread, and also lettuce leaves.
