Really easy to make. No cooking and a low calorie meal. I started making this years ago when I was on Weight Watchers for a quick dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 - hearts of romaine lettuce
- - leftover boneless chicken or rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups four bean salad, jarred
- 1 cup sargento mexican blend cheese, traditional cut
- 1 cup salsa, jarred
How To Make easy mexican chicken salad

Step 1Wash the lettuce and tear into bite size pieces.

Step 2Cube the chicken.

Step 3Drain the bean salad.

Step 4Toss the lettuce, chicken and beans together, top with salsa and cheese.
