This recipe is a mix of several chicken salad recipes and is really yummmmmmmy!!!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 package 3oz oriental flavor ramen noodles instant soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, dry roasted
  • 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 bag 16 oz coleslaw mix
  • VINAIGRETTE
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • YOU CAN ALSO ADD A MANGO DICED OR MANDARINE PIECES INTO THE SALAD. YUMMMMMMM

How To Make crunchy asian chicken salad

  • Step 1
    Melt butter or margarine in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Stir in seasoning packet from noodles. Break block of noodles into bite size pieces over skillet; stir noodles into butter/margarine mixture. Cook 2 minutes stirring constantly; stir in sesame seed. Cook another minute, stirring constantly until the noodles are golden brown.
  • Step 2
    Mix the vinaigrette in a large bowl
  • Step 3
    Add all ingredients over the vinaigrette and toss.
  • Step 4
    Add the noodle mixture and toss just before serving.
