Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 package 3oz oriental flavor ramen noodles instant soup mix
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup peanuts, dry roasted
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 bag 16 oz coleslaw mix
- VINAIGRETTE
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- YOU CAN ALSO ADD A MANGO DICED OR MANDARINE PIECES INTO THE SALAD. YUMMMMMMM
How To Make crunchy asian chicken salad

Step 1Melt butter or margarine in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Stir in seasoning packet from noodles. Break block of noodles into bite size pieces over skillet; stir noodles into butter/margarine mixture. Cook 2 minutes stirring constantly; stir in sesame seed. Cook another minute, stirring constantly until the noodles are golden brown.

Step 2Mix the vinaigrette in a large bowl

Step 3Add all ingredients over the vinaigrette and toss.

Step 4Add the noodle mixture and toss just before serving.
