This recipe is a mix of several chicken salad recipes and is really yummmmmmmy!!!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg
    3oz oriental flavor ramen noodles instant soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame seeds
  • 2 c
    diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c
    peanuts, dry roasted
  • 1/2 c
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 bag(s)
    16 oz coleslaw mix
  • VINAIGRETTE

  • 2/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c
    rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    sesame oil
  • YOU CAN ALSO ADD A MANGO DICED OR MANDARINE PIECES INTO THE SALAD. YUMMMMMMM

How to Make Crunchy Asian Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter or margarine in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Stir in seasoning packet from noodles. Break block of noodles into bite size pieces over skillet; stir noodles into butter/margarine mixture. Cook 2 minutes stirring constantly; stir in sesame seed. Cook another minute, stirring constantly until the noodles are golden brown.
  2. Mix the vinaigrette in a large bowl
  3. Add all ingredients over the vinaigrette and toss.
  4. Add the noodle mixture and toss just before serving.
