1 pkg3oz oriental flavor ramen noodles instant soup mix

2 Tbspsesame seeds

2 cdiced cooked chicken
-
1/2 cpeanuts, dry roasted

1/2 cgreen onions, thinly sliced

1 bag(s)16 oz coleslaw mix
-
VINAIGRETTE
-
2/3 cvegetable oil
-
1/3 crice wine vinegar
-
2 tspsoy sauce
-
1/4 tspsesame oil

YOU CAN ALSO ADD A MANGO DICED OR MANDARINE PIECES INTO THE SALAD. YUMMMMMMM
How to Make Crunchy Asian Chicken Salad
- Melt butter or margarine in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Stir in seasoning packet from noodles. Break block of noodles into bite size pieces over skillet; stir noodles into butter/margarine mixture. Cook 2 minutes stirring constantly; stir in sesame seed. Cook another minute, stirring constantly until the noodles are golden brown.
- Mix the vinaigrette in a large bowl
- Add all ingredients over the vinaigrette and toss.
- Add the noodle mixture and toss just before serving.
