Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup fine chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds or more if you like
- 1/4 cup fine diced, red onion
How To Make ~ chunky almond chicken salad ~

Step 1In a large bowl, place all ingredients and carefully toss to coat with the mayonnaise. Serve on your favorite sandwich bread. My husband just devoured 2 of them.
