chinese chicken salad
My dear friend Paula shared this recipe with me many years ago. It's great for summer BBQ's or just for a fresh change of pace. I made this for lunch yesterday and my Honey loved it.

How To Make chinese chicken salad
-
Step 1In a blender prepare the dressing: sugar, sesame oil, red wine vinegar, peanut oil, salt and pepper.
-
Step 2In a large bowl: lettuce, chow mein, wonton strips, oranges and almonds
-
Step 3Add in the prepared dressing slowly until you get the desired amount of dressing on your salad. I usually mix only what I'm going to use & have dressing left over. It makes a really big salad.
-
Step 4It gets soggy quick so be sure to hold off on tge dressing until you are ready to serve.
