Chinese Chicken Salad
I made this for lunch yesterday and my Honey loved it.

4 clettuce, shredded thin
1 lbchicken breast, cooked sliced thin strips
1/2 bag(s)crunchy chow mein noodles, or 1 can
1/2 bag(s)garlic ginger wonton strips, or fry your own
4 Tbsptoasted slivered almonds
4 Tbspsesame oil
2/3 cred wine vinegar
1 cpeanut oil
·salt & pepper
1 can(s)mandarin oranges, drained
How to Make Chinese Chicken Salad
- In a blender prepare the dressing: sugar, sesame oil, red wine vinegar, peanut oil, salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl: lettuce, chow mein, wonton strips,oranges and almonds
- Add in the prepared dressing slowly until you get the desired amount of dressing on your salad. I usually mix only what I'm going to use & have dressing left over. It makes a really big salad.
- It gets soggy quick so be sure to hold off on tge dressing until you are ready to serve.
