I used canned chicken from Costco for this recipe, but you own leftover chicken would work just as well. Makes great sandwiches,or just pile it on a lettuce leaf -- travels well for picnics.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed (i use costco canned)
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
- 1 - medium apple, cored and chopped
- 2/3 cup mayonnnaise
How To Make chicken salad delish

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. add salt & pepper to taste and more mayonnaise for a creamier salad. Serve on crisp lettuce or spread onto bread for sandwiches. Keep refrigerated.
