  • 1 can chicken chunks or poached or baked chicken
  • 1 stalk celery
  • few sprig parsley
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 package craisins
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
