- 1 - rotisserie chicken, ready made
- 6 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 - carrot, chopped
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
How To Make buffalo chicken salad

Step 1Remove the skin and hand shred the warm chicken meat into a bowl. Add hot sauce and honey to the chicken shreds and stir together. Fold in the chopped celery, carrots and blue cheese. Stir together and serve warm as a dip with pita chips and bagel crisps, or on sandwiches as a spicy spread. Refrigerate any leftovers.
