I got this recipe from a girl I knew years ago, I have tweaked it to my family's tastes. We have it all the time at almost every family function. I just received a request from my niece to have it for her baby shower this Saturday.

Ingredients
- 2 bags nacho cheese tortilla chips
- 1 bag mixed salad
- 2 pounds 80-20 ground beef
- 2 packages taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup catsup
- 1 cup your choice salsa(medium to hot)
- 4 cups cheddar jack cheese(grated)
- 1 can black beans, canned
- 1 can garbanzos, with juice
How To Make taco salad

Step 1prepare the ground beef with the taco seasoning according to the package directions. let it cool to room temperature.

Step 2mix all the wet ingredients(including both cans of beans with liquid) in a large salad bowl.

Step 3add the salad mix, the grated cheese and fold together. Open the tops of the chip bags and crush to bite size. Fold into salad. Add the taco seasoned beef and stir. Chill before serving, at least one hour. Even better the second day!
