Easy Taco Salad

This is quick and easy. Great to take to picnics in the summer...no worry about spoilage. This is great cold or warm... flavors get better by next day.

1 lb
ground beef (if your not going vegetarian)
1 can(s)
garbanzos drained
1 can(s)
black beans, canned, drained
1 can(s)
corn drained
1 c
cheese cubed
1 bottle
favorite chuncky salsa
small onion chopped fine
1 pkg
taco seasoning


1cook ground beef and taco seasoning as per instructions on taco seasoning package
2combine all the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
3mix ground beef mixture with rest of ingredients. Your done
4this recipie can be adjusted anyway to suit your taste. Make it hotter, add different vegs, add more or less of any of the above ingredients. This is simple, quick, and taste. I usually serve with taco chips, scoops, or broken toastada shells. I have also served over rice.
