Ingredients
- 2 pounds red potatoes, unpeeled and uncut
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup vinaigrette salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 large dill pickle, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup thinly-sliced green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Step 1In a medium pan, cover whole potatoes with cold water. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer, and cook until tender, 15-20 minutes. Drain. Set aside to cool.

Step 2In medium bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Stir. When potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut into large bite-sized pieces and place in serving bowl. Add dressing to potato mixture and stir well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
