This recipe came from my mother. I've tweeked it a bit, and it remains the best I've ever had.

Ingredients
- 6 medium yukon gold potatoes
- 6 large eggs, hard boiled
- 2 - ribs celery, chopped
- 5 - radishes, sliced
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, white and green
- 1/3 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/3 cup pimentoed olives, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- DRESSING
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard of choice
- 1/4 cup juice from olives or pickles
- dash salt to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
How To Make the really best potato salad

Step 1Peel and dice potatoes. Cook until just fork tender. Cool.

Step 2Cook eggs until hard boiled. Cool, peel and chop roughly

Step 3Add all ingredients except for the bacon.

Step 4Prepare dressing. Add to salad until coated. A bit more or less as you desire. Top with bacon just before serving and chopped chives if you have them.
