Ingredients
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into small dices
- 1/4 cup bread and butter pickles, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
How To Make sweet potato salad

Step 1Cook the sweet potatoes in boiling salted water.

Step 2While they are cooking, add the onion, celery, and pickles together in a large bowl.

Step 3Mix the remaining ingredients together until creamy.

Step 4Drain the potatoes and add them to the bowl with the celery. Then stir in the mayo mixture and enjoy.
