  • 6 small
  • 5 large
    boiled egg's
  • 5 stick
  • 1 small
    sweet onion
  • 1 large
    raw egg
  • 11/2c

  • 1 Tbsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1 Tbsp
    smoked or regular peprika

How to Make Summer potato saled


  1. boil egg's, boil potato's until fork tender. chop celery,onion, peel and cube potato's, peel and slice egg's. put potato's in cold water, put all other chopped ingred. in large mixing bowl. in small sauce pan add sugar and vinager with raw egg, whisk over med. heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is frothy. remove from heat . pour our out cold water on potato's add them to chopped ingreds. pour liquid over add salt pepper and peprika mix up put lid on put in fridge until serving.
