Ingredients

  • 6 small potato's
  • 5 large boiled egg's
  • 5 sticks celery
  • 1 small sweet onion
  • 1 large raw egg
  • 11/2c - sugar
  • 1C APPLE CIDER VINAGER
  • 1 tablespoon salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon smoked or regular peprika

How To Make summer potato saled

  • Step 1
    boil egg's, boil potato's until fork tender. chop celery,onion, peel and cube potato's, peel and slice egg's. put potato's in cold water, put all other chopped ingred. in large mixing bowl. in small sauce pan add sugar and vinager with raw egg, whisk over med. heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is frothy. remove from heat . pour our out cold water on potato's add them to chopped ingreds. pour liquid over add salt pepper and peprika mix up put lid on put in fridge until serving.
