This recipe came from my beloved cousin - we used to be a tag team, she would mix, I would test...hahaha. She has since then left this earth & joined our heavenly father along with many of my family members. But her memory lives on due to this special recipe that she created.
1Place potaotes, celery, eggs, macaroni, salt & pepper into bowl. Drizzle olive oil over mixture (just enough to lightly cover). Set in refrigerator for 2 hours. Then add onions, olives & mayonnaise. (Mayo can be less or more, your choice). Refrigerate & serve.
