Went to an anniversary party that was catered, and one of my sisters commented that this was good, so I figured out on my own how to make it.

fist-sized potatoes (boiled, skinned and diced
16 oz
sour cream (fat free or regular- your choice)
16 oz
real mayonnaise (fat free or regular)
1 tsp
salt (you can use less if you'd like to)
1 tsp
mrs. dash seasoning blend
4 Tbsp
minced onion (reconstitute with water for 45 seconds in microwave)

How to Make Sour Cream Potato Salad


  • 1Mix all ingredients together and chill for 2-3 hours before serving
  • 2Makes 1- 7 cup bowl
  • 3This recipe can be easily divided in half to make a smaller quantity also. I took that into consideration when I was measuring the ingredients
