When I owned my catering company we wanted a potato salad different from everyone else's so we played a round and came up with this one and it was a hit!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds red potatoes
- 1 cup red onion
- 1 cup celery
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper
How To Make sour cream and dill potato salad

Step 1scrub potatoes boil whole and unpeeled until tender. Let cool, dice into bite size. Small dice onion and celery add it and potato to large bowl mix well

Step 2chop fresh dill with sharp knife, in another bowl add sour cream, mayo, dill, mix together. Add dressing to potato mixture toss gently but mix well, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Put in pretty bowl and garnish with fresh dill.
